Our Chapter

Founded in 2019, YPO New York Liberty is the newest YPO chapter in New York City. Comprised of lifelong learners with entrepreneurial energy and the mentality to give back, we are intentionally focused on intimacy and connectivity amongst our members.

YPO NY Liberty has a diverse membership base, all of whom bring a great deal of energy to our learning calendar. The chapter is very proud that 98% of our members are forum trained and all members are either in or about to be placed into a forum. As a chapter, together we are still building, learning and growing, eagerly taking advantage of all that YPO has to offer.

What we offer

YPO NY Liberty provides Chapter education programs including relevant speakers, networking events, experiential events, and other special interest activities. We also provide both member forums and spouse / partner forums.

Our private chapter website and Whatsapp group give members the ability to tap into the entire chapter network to offer or request information, advice, or share needs and leads.

What is YPO?

YPO is the global platform for chief executives to engage, learn and grow. The organization unites over 27,000 business leaders in more than 130 countries. How do I qualify?

Under the age of 45


YPO membership is intended to be available to individuals who hold the top position of a qualifying company or division and are directly responsible for all operations of the business or division. Titles representing this position may include: President, Chairman of the Board, CEO, Managing Director, Managing Partner.


Sales/Services/Manufacturing corporations must have at least $13,000,000 in gross annual sales or turnover. Financial institutions must have average annual assets of at least USD260,000,000. Agency-type businesses must have annual fees or commissions billed of at least $10,000,000. Or the company must have an enterprise value of $20,000.


50 full-time employees or > US $2M employee compensation (excluding the applicant) and a minimum of 15 employees.

What is involved in the membership process?
  • Complete a YPO application and subsequent paperwork
  • A minimum of two interviews
  • Attend an in person or virtual event
  • Attend a membership committee meeting
  • Have a third party verify your application
  • Receive approval by the membership committee
